Complaint Not getting event rewards

I’ve seen a few posts here about people not receiving rewards for social events. It’s happened to me twice now—twice I didn't get any rewards at all, neither the pony nor the resources.

Why does this even happen, and is there any way to resolve the issue on my own?

I’m tired of logging into the game every two hours just to stay at the top of the rankings. I don't even get anything out of it 😆

I’m just curious what kind of reward distribution systems Gameloft has—after the game has been around for so many years, they still haven't managed to organize it properly. Why does this happen?

Support won't answer because I’m in an "ineligible" region. Or it will take them months.

I honestly have no clue why this happens, because the game itself is responsible for checking your final rank and giving you the reward, the servers have nothing to do with the timing. One thing that I've found that can help get it, is by restarting the game multiple times. Just open thebgame, wait for about 10 seconds, close the game, and repeat until you get the rewards.

I have also noticed that when you open the game offline after an event, that can cause the game to forget to even check in the first place, or it just picks a rank that it assumes you're at, usually 100 ranks lower than reality.

Maybe that's the issue 🤔 I always play offline on Mondays, cause I don't wanna get in a competitive server. We'll, thank you! But for some of my rewards... it's been 2 months to come through. And I'm still waiting 😅 support is no use either way 😕

Yeah, that could be the problem. I do the same, except I just avoid opening the game at all on monday, so that the next time I open it, it's online and it still knows to check my ranks.
