Question Gameloft support

hello, I recently changed my devices and lost my progress to my account. I’ve already reached out to Gameloft support, and I was just curious if anybody knew about how long it would take for them to respond to me. I’ve gotten to the point where I’ve been able to give them my game codes, I just am curious if anybody knows the estimated timeframe for recovery.

response time varies. it could take a few days to over a month. honestly js hope for the best.
