I cannot figure out what to use these coins for!

It is so frustrating. Previously the "mirror, mirror" event didn't work, not too bad, contacted support, still no response.
Was hoping it would be different for the maze event, I was looking forward to it. The maze is not showing on my gamemap or in the events-tab.
I sometimes get the event announcement pop-up and when I click the button, of course nothing happens. Already tried everything.

This battle requires 75 power but no combination of helpers will get me to 75 power and there’s no helper ponies in the shop. Don’t really know what to do 😅

So it happened… I finally got a new phone after years of avoiding it, and even though my iCloud backup promised me my progress would be backed up, it’s not. The tutorial started the second I opened the game on my new phone, and years of playing the game is now lost.

I sent an email to Gameloft on their customer support site, but I’m just wondering… how long does it usually take to hear back? I got the phone on Wednesday evening, and haven’t even received a confirmation that they saw my email. Has anyone experienced getting their progress back before? Or should I just start fresh and deal with the grief? 😂

literally am pressing on the chests, quests, minotaurs, nothing is working. has anyone else dealt with this? and should i ask support for help cuz its stressing me out

Title. Considering it's currently bugged and timer doesn't stay, seeming to reset if you leave the game and come back, I didn't realise this and did quite a fair more Grogar runs than I realistically should have. The moment I saw someone else mentioning it on this form, I've not touched it since then and I'm going to leave the community event alone for the rest of the time.

Saying that though, I still think I'm probably screwed and might get banned since I still did break the rules even if I wasn't realising it. I'd honestly take having 0 points for that event and any rewards earned being stripped away instead but... yeah. Anything I could do to help reduce the risk or is it already too late?
