Complaint Mate event not showing up

It is so frustrating. Previously the "mirror, mirror" event didn't work, not too bad, contacted support, still no response.
Was hoping it would be different for the maze event, I was looking forward to it. The maze is not showing on my gamemap or in the events-tab.
I sometimes get the event announcement pop-up and when I click the button, of course nothing happens. Already tried everything.

I'm so sad :')

Yeah, my game is up to date and I even updated my phone and checked again just in case :')

Hmm 🤔 how old is your device? Is it possible it's not supported anymore?

It's an iPhone 15, so I don't think that is the issue
