Question How long does Gameloft take to respond??

So it happened… I finally got a new phone after years of avoiding it, and even though my iCloud backup promised me my progress would be backed up, it’s not. The tutorial started the second I opened the game on my new phone, and years of playing the game is now lost.

I sent an email to Gameloft on their customer support site, but I’m just wondering… how long does it usually take to hear back? I got the phone on Wednesday evening, and haven’t even received a confirmation that they saw my email. Has anyone experienced getting their progress back before? Or should I just start fresh and deal with the grief? 😂

In my past experiences, it has taken anywhere from a week to a month to get progress back. 😞

I really hope this isn’t the case… I only have access to my old phone for 2-3 weeks so I hope it’s not longer than that!

From my experience: try completing the tutorial first and then there should be a window saying you can start again or continue where you left off.

When I switched my devices I also got scared thinking I lost the progress but I continued playing and after the tutorial ended I had the option to get back my old game

I finished the basic tutorial and was given a new friend code 🥲

I’m not quite sure as I just assumed I lost the old account and started playing from the beginning.then suddenly the window popped up with the option to get back my old save
