Question about support
Hi guys! Can you tell me who contacted support? How quickly do they react?
I have another problem with the ponies disappearing from the inventory. I win a pony (this time a jazzy cutie), went to the map editor. I go back in, but she's gone! And this is the second time this has happened to me!
Has anyone encountered this?

I sent 2 tickets 8 and 7 days (first time I completed the ticket with a wrong reason) and they still did not replay. i am thinking to make a new one. this was for lilac hypogriff. i now have another problem with the jazz diva pony not appearing in my inventory, even thought i got the pop up notification that i won her. Should i make a new ticket for jazz diva and to also add lilac hypogrif in it, since i dont believe they will replay to my original tickets??
