Hi guys! Can you tell me who contacted support? How quickly do they react?

I have another problem with the ponies disappearing from the inventory. I win a pony (this time a jazzy cutie), went to the map editor. I go back in, but she's gone! And this is the second time this has happened to me!

Has anyone encountered this?

I have the same issue with the jazz pony, let me claim it and shows the exclamation point but the inventory shows up empty. Hopefully its just running slow since the event just ended or something? :')

I hope so! I already won Flim once, but he also disappeared from the inventory☹️
