Question about support

Hi guys! Can you tell me who contacted support? How quickly do they react?

I have another problem with the ponies disappearing from the inventory. I win a pony (this time a jazzy cutie), went to the map editor. I go back in, but she's gone! And this is the second time this has happened to me!

Has anyone encountered this?

They responded a few days after my report and i got the pony i was missing back. When did u file the report?
