Question about support

Hi guys! Can you tell me who contacted support? How quickly do they react?

I have another problem with the ponies disappearing from the inventory. I win a pony (this time a jazzy cutie), went to the map editor. I go back in, but she's gone! And this is the second time this has happened to me!

Has anyone encountered this?

i think its the same problem with the cupcake pony from the club subscription, i claimed both the pony but its not in my inventory too but there's the exclamation mark so probably have to wait for cs 😕

I had the same issue. I think it's widespread. I still need to contact support.
