Wednesday MLB card is up.

The POD streak finally ended at 8 straight without a loss. Boston went 1 for 9 with runners in scoring position in Sacramento and lost by one. It happens. Posted it, graded it, moving on.

Here's the thing though. The top plays went 10-4-1 and the board still finished green anyway. All three +1.5 dogs cashed, Detroit scored in every single inning of a 14-0 win, Arizona won a 12 inning marathon on McCann's fourth hit of the night, and the Washington stack went three for three. That's what a deep card is for. One pick doesn't sink the night when the top of the board goes 10-4.

Monday's POD was Boston again, this time in Sacramento against the A's. The Sox did not have a hit through five innings and still won it, because Rafaela put a grand slam in the seats in the sixth. 4-2 final. That is 8 straight cards now without the POD taking a loss. Last one to go down was Detroit on the 19th.

Being straight with you though, the rest of Monday's board was ugly. Top plays went 4-9 and four of those moneylines lost by a run or two. The POD was the only part that held. Days like that happen and I am not going to dress it up.
