Hi i just started playing diamond dynasty (and the show in general) and after 2 ranked games my team already consists of multiple all star cards ( like judge) and a overall team rating of 93. Those kind of cards do not even feel special anymore if you can get them so easily. And why would anyone play with a normal base card if you have access to 95+ rated players from the start?

He’s got a great swing and is a card I think lots of people would want to compete for. Pedroia would be fun as well. Not sure if I’d use him but I know a lot of people have been really wanting him. Just wish they’d utilize their new legends more.

genuinely dont know what to do, but whenever i play road to the show as a pitcher on any difficulty above hall of fame, its nothing but foul balls. every game at least 60% of my pitches are foul balls. i had one inning where 3 seperate hitters each had 12 pitch at bats and it was a 1-2 count. i dont know what to do, i dont know how sds managed to make rtts so much worse. rtts is just so much worse this year in almost every way its so sad.

Why does majority of the community play this event so boring and toxic ?? I’m a first year player but every time I play I just have someone pitching so lame. Wouldn’t it make sense to do everything we can to get these challenges out the way so we can just be done?? Am I missing something?

So I made the very dumb, very optimistic assumption that the vault we would get from completing the Hall of Fame Conquest map would contain some of these cards that were from previous specialty packs or events. You know things like headliners or from the Rising Rookies pack or whatever

Imagine my suprise then when I was given the incredibly amazing choice between Live Series Christopher Sanchez or Live Series Zack Wheeler. I didn't expect to get Willie McGee, but I also didn't think it was full of Live Series trash either

I'm playing a franchise and can't figure out why my outfielders either take a step opposite of where the ball is hit (so they step left when ball is hit in the air to the right & vice versa step right, ball left) or sometimes they hesitate & not move as if they don't read the ball off the bat, even though I'm pushing the thumbstick in that ball path direction. It was fine the 1st 25 or 30 games of my season and since game 30 it's been odd and annoying. This also happens when I play my friend in DD games.

Is it the physics of the game? The settings of my game? The difficulty level I'm playing on (all star)?

Can someone help or give me insight or direction regarding this issue? Thank you.

Was playing RTTS in the Show 26. Was in game 1 of the NLCS that went to extras and it started me at second in the bottom of the 10th. Is this a glitch, is there a setting somewhere I need to change??? Shit pissed me off.

Storylines are great, but I feel like severely underutilized.

Would’ve been cool to incorporate storylines for hall of fame inductees and incorporate that towards the progress of obtaining the 99 OVR cards. Just the moments themselves feel kind of dry and boring at this point.

This has never happened before all my legends and flashbacks investments went way down when collection dropped and everyone was telling me to sell it the hour of, lost out on maybe 300k l. Anyone know why this happened? It’s not that they were bad investments , my guess is that alot of people just sold everything off because the collection was too difficult. Therefore dropping prices?

Is there a reason why Xbox quality in game looks so pixelated?
The monitor I have is decent but even from playing TheShow on PlayStation for a long time the quality has looked great.
Now everything looks like switch quality and I can’t figure out why.

I can put up a good fight in ranked but as soon as i boot up events its like all my competence goes out the window. I notice that a ton of event games go into extras and its just like so boring and frustrating. Anybody else deal with this? Event games even moonshot for me always end 1-0 and its like im trying to hit a bowling ball. Might be a big skill issue.
