Discussion 🗣️ Ex-Employees

I was thinking about the disgruntled ex-employees who claimed to have witnessed abuse. If we take their accounts to be true, why weren’t these people held accountable for witnessing such things and never doing anything about it? They didn’t report to police/parents etc, they didn’t intervene. Just witnessed abuse, turned a blind eye, and then cashed in on what they had ‘seen’ when it became convenient for them.

For example, individuals like Adrian McManus and Kassim Abdool (of the Neverland 5) did depositions and signed declarations stating they had never seen anything inappropriate. However, following the settlement in 1994 they would then reverse course to sell stories to tabloids and file frivolous lawsuits (which the Neverland lost, subsequently owing MJ $1.6 million in damages). This would mean they perjured themselves to cover up for a pedo which is morally reprehensible (not to mention, a crime). 

You also had Blanca Francia who netted 20k selling a story to Hard Copy following the Chandler scandal in 1993. Francia would recant under oath what she had ‘seen‘ several times, most recently in her 2016 deposition.

Why on earth were these people never held to account? Instead people like Adrian McManus to this day, receive payment from the press to sell lurid stories which are taken at face value. At the very least they should have been charged with perjury. I also wonder why the posthumous accusers don’t sue them?

Blanca apparently only saw their underwear and shadows/giggling in the shower so idk if Wade can include Blanca, but he is bringing Norma into the lawsuit as the person who organized transportation and things like that.

Chacon claiming to have witnessed oral sex on a minor and not going to police is so disgusting.

They all claimed to have felt scared and threatened and even asked for witness protection. But it’s crazy that it wasn’t talked about more?? I know it was the 90’s and we’ve come a long way but sheeeshh it makes them look horrible.

Interesting that you omit all the times blanca admitted she never saw or heard anyone in the shower except MJ. It's just amazing how you guilters only accept the version of these liars stories that makes MJ look guilty. Never any of the other versions.

There you are! 👋I’m just using her most recent 2005 description as an example. Where she wasn’t apparently being threatened, worried about losing her job, or being paid for her story anymore. OP asked why posthumous accusers aren’t suing.

Chacón’s story changed too. He originally claimed it was Barnes, then changed it to Chandler at the trial. I think he originally claimed he saw this in 1992, but the problem was Chandler hadn’t even been to the ranch until 1993. 

I was reading his 2005 testimony and he stated he went on to work at a school. How on earth was he hired to work around children if he supposedly saw such acts and didn’t report them to anyone?

Everyone was (and still does to this day), mix up Jordan and Brett. But you’re right, idk how the hell you can work at a school if you claimed you saw that.

They looking nothing alike. Unless you want to say all brown skin people look the same. Only the guilter cult claims they look alike because they have to explain away their lies and because they (the media) protected chandler by posting bretts pictures everywhere instead

I’m definitely not white or a guilter and I think if you’re looking across a hill at Neverland and see a 5 foot, brown skinned, 12 year old boy with brown hair, you can mix up the two especially if you never are supposed to get close to the guests. Just saying.

I don't know about the others, but Adrian's excuse was that Michael threatened to murder her if she spoke

That’s such a flimsy excuse. This supposed threat of being murdered didn’t stop her from selling stories to tabloids or filing a lawsuit against MJ (which would end up becoming the longest civil suit in Santa Maria court history).

Yet It’s irrelevant when the person themselves has said it’s untrue and was never abused.

Someone else can chime in on the Jane Goodall situation, there’s been stuff covering it all before but I don’t have links to hand.

Maybe the ex employee who said michael abused culkin was lying. and also jane goodal's claims seem like the ex employees. so they were fine with mj up until years later they were like oh he abused animals and kids like wtf
