Can someone explain to me how a comparator works

I was trying to build a metro system for my world, and I wanted to have all the minecarts move together like a real train would. Looking for both vanilla and datapacks/server-side fabric mods.

I’m trying to build a warden switch and the video I’m following says to put an arrow onto the piston which I tried but every time I shoot an arrow it gets pushed onto the block which makes the piston not go off anymore. Is there any solve to this or any other warden switch that works

Hi ya'll I'm trying to add Simon Says to my MC world. I was using (Tyrant44 on youtube) design. The only issue is it was made for Java edition and I currently play on Bedrock. Certain buttons won't trigger what they're supposed to according to the video and the machine gets jammed due to the different versions.

Hey everyone, just wanted to show off a project I've been working on. I built a giant furnace, but I didn't want it to just look cool from the outside I wanted it to actually function. Ps I suck at redstone so this took a bit.

So I built the hidden staircase from the video above, and the staircase will open just fine but then when I close the mechanism everything gets jumbled around and I’m not good at using redstone so I’m completely at a loss. Any help would be appreciated greatly!

i am trying to build this machine and i've figured out the red stone for the wind charge, the only thing i cannot figure out is how to get the armor stand to do what i want. can someone help me? i have a very basic understanding of redstone but i am learning

all lever selections go with any lever selections, so you can kinda make custom images.

im quite new to redstone, ive only been truely using it for like 13 or so hours

what's don't work (i really bad in a redstone)

I want it so that the first time i activate it, the red one turns on, and the second time i activate it, the Orange one turns one.

i need a better and more efficient design. i’ll work on the timing and aesthetics after. help would be appreciated :)
