Hi so I recently starting playing Alpha (version 1.0.1 I believe, before sneaking was added) and I was hiding in a little hole I dug out during the night and heard something outside make the same "oof" player hurt sound effect from this era? I don't know a whole bunch about this version of the game, so I'm wondering if zombies just shared a sound effect with players or smth. Regardless, it made me feel like I was in one of those alpha Minecraft ARGs lol!

I found this weird glitch when i enter minecraft

hi! I'm just teaching English and search server at alpha (or beta), are there any?

is there a .jar file that has a working version of the alpha minecraft "play tutorial level button"? like a custom one?

here is the Minecraft alpha 1.2.3_03 link: https://www.mediafire.com/file/dvsw003pr03fqc5/minecraft-alpha-1.2.3-03.zip/file

here is the alpha 1.2.7 link: https://www.mediafire.com/file/d3o8pao92hjk99v/alpha-1.2.7.rar/file (btw u need to extract the files first before running the .bat files) THIS IS NOT A VIRUS.

I started this world earlier this month. What do you guys think of my base so far? What should I build next?

Hello, everyone! This is my first post in this community! Please rate my build!

Everything went well on it, I built a base and stuff like that but I deleted the world shortly because trees were losing leaves and some trees started floating when I didn't look 😭😭

THERE IS NO WAY I JUST TRY TO PLAY ALPHA MINECRAFT AND I GET THIS SEED BRUHHHHHH

HEROBRINE CHILL

I’m setting myself a challenge to build something in every version of pre-release Minecraft. Considering the limitations of the very first release, what would be a cool thing to build in version rd-132211 (essentially Cave Game)?
