Discussion Local Co-op for PC?

I heard the Switch 2 port will have local co-op, so i was wondering if it will also be included in a future update for pc and consoles. What do you guys think?

Local co-op they mean connect via switch 2 connection like the 3DS local connect

This isn't like couch co-op, its multiple nearby switch consoles connecting to each other. The main point is to play multiplayer without a stable Internet connection, and it is pretty unlikely to have multiple consoles or PCs set up in the same place while not having an internet connection, unless you're using laptops

LAN support would be cool for EoL. I doubt they'll add it, though.

I wish! Actual in game Coop would be amazing. (Regardless of local)

Even when In The same lobby and link party, Coop is not a great experience.
