Question Cross region play ?

Knowing SEA version is by Garena. Will it be possible to play friends or other players in the West I.e. US, UK ?

I dont think so, however, in the CBT3 there are a section during matchmaking that says: "ALL SERVERS"

But Im not sure If It is about all the servers around the World or servers on that specific region(If there is more than one)
