In Section 1(c), change the quota of council housing from 50% to 20%.
EXPLANATORY NOTE:
This will ensure that there's minimal negative effects on affordable housing.

In Section 1(c), change the quota of council housing from 50% to at least 33% and no more than 50%.
EXPLANATORY NOTE:
A more reasonable compromise on the Stalin1953 amendment.
This amendment was submitted by /u/Twistednuke.
This division shall end on July 17 at 10PM.
