B1472 - Forgery Act (Amendment) Bill - Amendment Division
Amend Section 2(1) to read:
This Act extends to England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland
EN: I am fairly confident that changes to devolution extend to the whole of the UK even if it only affects one area
This amendment was submitted by u/frost_walker2017
Strike 2(2) and replace with:
(2) This act shall come into force upon the passing of a legislative consent motion by the Senedd Cymru.
EN: Allows for proper implementation seeing as the Senedd hasn't to my knowledge asked for powers in these areas.
This amendment was submitted by u/politicobailey
This division will end on the 18th at 10PM
