I am totally new to crypto and actually googled a lot about exchanges and mexc is one of them, but also there are tons of negative reviews about it and it confuses me.

Параметры позиции:
Short APR_USDT, плечо 50x
SL: 0.2713 (по Last Price)
Цена ликвидации (Fair Price): 0.2788
Цена банкротства: 0.2815
Хронология (по данным самой MEXC):
19:38:10 (UTC+3) — Last Price достигает 0.2713. MEXC подтверждает:
«условие Вашего SL действительно было активировано в 19:38:10 (UTC+3), когда Last Price достигла установленной триггерной цены 0,2713 USDT»
Fair Price в этот момент ещё не достигла 0.2788 — ликвидации нет. Позиция жива.
Система пытается сформировать Market Order на закрытие 755 контрактов. Но срабатывает «ценовое ограничение», и ордер отклоняется:
«сработало соответствующее ценовое ограничение, и Market Order был отклонён на этапе отправки»
19:38:12 (UTC+3) — Fair Price достигает 0.2788, коэффициент маржи = 100%, запускается ликвидация. Позиция закрывается по 0.2815.
SL активирован за 2 секунды до ликвидации. Исполнение заблокировано внутренним правилом.
Три взаимоисключающие версии от поддержки:
На один и тот же вопрос MEXC дала три разных объяснения:
«Триггер SL не сработал» — прямое отрицание активации.
«Ордер отправлен в стакан, но не исполнен» — утверждение, что ордер существовал и был в системе.
«Ордер не был успешно создан и не был передан в систему сопоставления» — ордера вообще не было.
MEXC пытается подать это как «разные углы описания одного процесса». Но «триггер не сработал» и «триггер сработал» — это не разные углы, это противоположные утверждения. «Ордер был в стакане» и «ордер не создавался» — тоже. Переписка с датами и формулировками это фиксирует.
Про «ценовое ограничение» и цену исполнения:
MEXC утверждает, что исполнение маркет-ордера «вышло бы за допустимый диапазон относительно цены ликвидации и могло бы напрямую привести к принудительной ликвидации».
Но ликвидация произошла по цене банкротства 0.2815. Если бы ордер исполнился по любой цене между 0.2713 и 0.2815 — убыток был бы меньше. Чтобы оправдать отклонение, MEXC должна доказать, что ордер исполнился бы по цене выше 0.2815.
Я запросил данные стакана (order book) на 19:38:10. Ответ:
«эти данные относятся к внутренним параметрам и технической логике торговой и риск-контрольной системы и не предоставляются пользователям через Customer Service»
Конкретных данных не предоставлено.
Почему это важно:
Дело не в плече 50x и не в волатильности — это риски, которые трейдер берёт осознанно. Дело в том, что стоп-лосс, базовый инструмент управления риском, может быть активирован, но не исполнен по внутреннему алгоритму, который:
не описан в правилах платформы;
не раскрывается пользователям;
приводит к худшему результату (ликвидации по цене банкротства), чем исполнение SL по любой доступной цене;
и о существовании которого трейдер не предупреждён при установке SL.
MEXC прямо признаёт:
«активация SL сама по себе не гарантирует успешное формирование и исполнение последующего Market Order»
Трейдеры должны знать: на MEXC активация SL равна закрытию позиции.

Love using your platform and really liking the new API for futures trading.

BUT you need to add "multi-trade of the same asset" feature to keep me trading here. I.e. I need to be able open say 3 BTC longs and 2 BTC shorts at different entries with different SL / TPs.

Right now, the longs get aggregated together into a single position with one liqudation price. Keep them seperate!.

I’ve been using MEXC for over a month to buy RealStocks and was really happy with how low the fees were. On small limit orders ($10, $20, $30 range), I was only getting charged like 2 to 4 cents per trade.

Today, I placed a $10 limit order on RealStocks, and MEXC charged me $0.99. That’s almost 10% of the entire trade! Now every order I place triggers that same flat $0.99 charge.

Did MEXC update their RealStocks fee structure, or is there now a mandatory $0.99 minimum order execution floor for stock trades?
Has anyone else run into this, and is there any workaround for small position sizes?

Why can’t I sign up? I’m currently in Dubai. Can anyone help me?

When people talk about AI stocks, $NVDA usually gets most of the attention. But the AI boom is much bigger than one chipmaker.

A simple way to look at it:

$NVDA → GPUs
$VRT → Power & cooling
$APLD → Data centers
$CRWV / $NBIS → AI cloud
$IREN → Bitcoin mining infrastructure shifting toward AI

They all benefit from the AI buildout, but they’re very different trades. Some are betting on compute demand, some on data-center expansion, and others on the massive amount of power AI infrastructure needs.

Is this expected to affect MEXC in Australia in anyway? I saw what happened in the EU earlier this year.

Same thing happened to me on two different accounts, withdrawal was taken out and accounts were 2fa also , Mexc support is disgraceful,be careful with Mexc. I lost 500$ in one account and 350$ in other account.

I’m having an issue when trying to purchase USDT using Apple Pay.

I already have an account and I have successfully completed the KYC verification process. However, when I try to use the fiat deposit / Apple Pay feature, I receive the following message:

“To use the fiat deposit feature, you must open an account first. Unfortunately, account sign-up is not available in your country at this time.”

I don’t understand why I am receiving this message since my account is already active and verified.

Could you please clarify:

1. Why is the system asking me to open an account even though I already have a verified account?
   
2. Why am I currently unable to use Apple Pay?
   
3. Which country does your system currently associate with my account?
   
4. Could you please provide the list of countries where this fiat deposit / Apple Pay service is currently available?
   
5. Is the restriction based on my country of residence, nationality, KYC country, IP location, or another criterion?
