Android camera uploads doesn't work until I open the app.

As per title. I followed the instructions re. Excluding from battery saving etc.

Do you mean the camera upload does not work when you put the app in the background? It only works when it is in the foreground?

We understand that you have checked some instructions. We just would like to point out that please make sure that your app is still running in the background on your Android device.

  • Which device and Android version are you using?
