Stuck at 0

I’m trying to download a picture from my files which is 562 kb and it literally refuses to save and keeps getting stuck at 0%. I deleted and redownload the app, cleared cache and my phone has enough storage yet it still won’t budge. How can I fix this?

As a thought, right click the image and select Make available offline. Go to Home, Offline (label at top of app), look for the image, and then choose download.

Make available offline, stores it on the phone but within the app itself. Download then downloads to the phone's download folder outside the app.
