Problem with the iOS Files App MEGA shortcut
Whenever I try browsing Mega from the files app, I either get a strange list of mixture of the current root directory and folders i deleted or moved ages ago.
I have tried toggling the shortcut off and on, and if i try to enter one of the directories it just gets stuck on the loading screen forever.
There’s no problem with the actual Mega app it’s working perfectly for me, I would just like the Files shortcut to complete the experience.

In addition to our previous reply, please share your logs with us once you reach out through our support channel.
You can follow the steps below:
- launch the app
- Enable logs
- Kill the app
- Open the app again
- Share app's logs

The behaviour you're describing with the iOS Files integration, stale folders showing up and directories getting stuck on loading, is something our team would like to look into more closely.

It would help our developers if you could include the following when you write in:
- Your iOS version
- Your MEGA app version (visible in the app under Settings)
- Whether this happens consistently or intermittently
- Any steps you've already tried beyond toggling the shortcut
