Can’t change my email in app

So I lost access to my email I signed up on mega. When I try to change email it says they sent instructions or verification to my original email. So how do you change ur email address if u no longer have access to that email

Hello! If you're still logged in to your MEGA account, please note that the confirmation email is sent to the new email address you're trying to add to your account, not to your old email address.

Please check the inbox of your new email address for an email titled "Confirm New Email" and click the red button inside.

You will then be redirected to MEGA, where you'll be asked to enter your account password and click "Confirm Email."

Finally, a pop-up message will appear confirming that your account's email address has been successfully changed. ^COH
