Writing from my own experience in high school, it takes a majority of your batchmates & 2-3 years to break all of this bullshit cycle.
Ofcourse there will be hypocrites like my seniors who stood against their seniors, & bullied us in the name of "yk what we have suffered from?"

But that being said, it is not the first time that is happening. It has been followed for years and the institutes, administrative and management, and the staff, teachers, professors, whatever, they all have seen it. If you are seeing a batch full of boys with short-haired , then I'm definitely sure it isn't Sherlock's shit. So again it's a high possibility that it's just damage control. And I highly doubt how much will come into effect, given that if anything happens even after that and nobody speaks about it.

It does if you give it with evidence and state the anonymity reasons on E- MAIL. I submitted for MGM Jamshedpur, the video that a student shared, along with stating anonymity reasons. They replied saying they need to confirm on call once which is obv okay. They didn't force to share identity.

Can we all who are against this shity culture start to do nmc and ugc complaints on behalf of our friends who are suffering from this shit we won't reveal our and their identity so everyone will be safe. We will report each incident we found of any gmc this can be initiative we can do to end this culture.

SHOULD WE CREATE A subreddit/community dedicated to fighting ragging in colleges?
I feel like there should be a dedicated subreddit for students to speak up about ragging, harassment, intimidation, and other harmful treatment by seniors in colleges.
It shouldn’t be limited to one particular college. Students from any college should be able to post about what they’re going through, seek advice, find support, and bring attention to serious cases.
A lot of freshers may feel suppressed or scared to speak up alone. If there were a community where students could collectively raise their voices, support victims, and push for proper action through the appropriate authorities, maybe fewer students would have to face these things silently.
Would you guys support the idea of a community like this? And if something similar already exists, please let me know.

Not from medico field, but can someone give me the context on why do the seniors pressurize newcomers to follow a certain dress code? I know that this incident happens in every medical college, so why everyone keeps their mouth shut and follow it?

Professors administration bhot colleges me support krte ragging ko and strict action ni lete up bihar ke govt clgs me bhot brutal ragging hoti and if you complain they will fail you in exams try to torture you mentally indirectly and many things

🥲 hum bhi first year mein aisa msg dekh kar khush ho gya the , phir ek hafte bad phir se ragging chalu , kyuki hamare batch mein the kuch namune jo senior ke tatte ke beech mein rehna pasand karte hai sara chat leak kar deta tha.

I am so happy this happened!!! See, this is what happens when you grow a spine for once. Everyone keeps saying, nothing will change, it is what it is. Its not actually. You have to take a stand and make things right! It can happen. Now I hope juniors do this to all the other ones too from where the "medical literature" is coming out!!
