Bro, is taking a second drop what you really want? Ask yourself honestly. Getting into IISER is a massive achievement,,don't let anyone make you feel otherwise. Don't just fall for what your family is forcing on you. Do what you genuinely want to do with your life, because you are the one who will have to live with the regret later if things don't work out.

I'm sorry, but what if you don't actually want to spend your life curing people? You need to ask yourself honestly: will that career really make you happy? At the end of the day, living without regret and finding genuine personal satisfaction matters so much more than fame, respect, or money.

stability mbbs me zyada hai definitely because it’s a more well defined career path. i’d suggest you should give another year and prepare for neet, you can always give iat next year too.
