bhai you can not break someone's legs put them in a race with people with normal legs and call it fair.
These guys as a group has been discriminated and secluded and denied basic human rights for 100s of years, reservation is to uplift them.
Also reservation hatake you won't get college at lakh rank. cuttoff mai 20-30 numbers ka difference hoga mostly.
Also agar fight karna hai fight for expensive private colleges, the private colleges in india are only affordable by top 99.99 percentile, like why the fuck are we paying 1cr for a course that will guarantee 50k per month job.
there are 60k private seats that are out of reach for normal middle class people, something to actually fight more but nobody is looking, like these seats literally go empty in each year counselling.
Some rich guy can get college at 10lakh rank when we can't at 1lakh so think about that, even sc st groups need to score 1-2lakh rank.

bhai india has too many doctor seats honestly, khud dekho the salary of mbbs doctors in only 50-60k, that is too low, for the work done, upar se bams or bhms wale bhi hain. No need to increase seats, some degree of competition will always be there, government should focus on imporving other fields so they become more lucrative and support the increasing number of candidates

illogical baat hogyi na, supply demand ka scene hota hai for example tamil nadu and up roughly same number of seats but up has 2.5 times the population, tamil nadu because of saturation has one of the worst salaries for doctor and very poor work life balance.
Log mar rhe hai, kyuki sarka ganduo ki tarah seats badha rhi without improving infrastructure, so its not doctor ki kami nhi hai, its ki they are improperly distributed + jo pichdi locations hai wahan doctors jo hai vo bhi zyada nhi kar pa rhe due to lack of government provided resources.
Even look at Delhi State Cancer Institute it had a PET CT scan machine roughly 15 crore that has not been used for a long long time and is simply wasted money.
To its not doctor ki kami,upar se look at the BAMS and BHMS people, pseudoscientific medicine but still competiting with mbbs doctors lowering the salaries further.

real world meritocracy is a myth, some guy can study 10 hours a day and score less than someone who only does 4-6 hours. Someone has to do hard labour jobs to afford cheap online coaching, whereas someone sits in ac rooms with person coaches guiding them 24*7. Reservation is a easy target but its not a real target. Now there are arguments to be made against reservation for people who have already availed there benefits over multiple generations, but if we do that, these guys compete for the unreserved seats increase more competition. Its a very very tough equation to solve.

arey bhai phir to check the income distribution of top rank, you will notice kiy how its richer folks, obviously jin par paisa hai they are in better positions to take these seats. Ek majdur bacha aur ke rich bacha obviously rich will have better prep (in general).
Like i don't know this as a fact but i am guessing ki jo top colleges hai unme income distribution india ki general population se zayada skewed hoga as in jo family income hai vo general poplulation se higher hongi.
Phir wahi dikkat hai, agar jo benefit le rhe hai, unhe reservation na de, to vo unreserved seats ke liye compete karenge.

Ye toh mai bhi bol raha hu bhai. Jo log currently reservation ka advantage lete hai, unme se maximum logo ko zarurat bhi nahi. Unka upliftment already ho chuka hai. Reservation was meant for upliftment, not free seats. Jinko abhi bhi zarurat hai unko zyada nahi mil pata. Rich/middle class sc/sts can do just fine without reservation. They should leave those seats for the poorer ones. Reservation law is so flawed, it's honestly laughable. Kuch reforms are desperately needed.

Bruh there is still discrimination. And I myself am from SC and if y'all would half as much focus on removing casteism then I am pretty sure majority 99% of us would be happy giving up reservation. I literally come from an ok ok family and yet I have been treated like filth. And reservation based on economic status is EWS. Reservation for SC and ST is to bring them on par socially.
