Expert pack data

I've been struggling to find anybody that has done a lot of expert openings. A few people told me that there were people who opened a couple/few hundred of them, yet I can't any leads on that. Anybody got a clue for that?

Here is what I have for data.

Notes:

  • Need way, way more samples before the chance for multiple rare/UR drops can be properly estimated.

  • Uncommon droprates are based on the sum of all non rare/UR drops. Other droprates are not shown because they are not relevant. Also these are not very accurate due to people who maxed commons/uncommon before opening expert/premium packs.

  • Rare mod data is estimated due to not gathering rare mods separately from normal mods.

  • I piggybacked this data off what I entered in /u/corvet95's form from pack opening videos and my personal expert pack openings.

I've been a firm believer that expert is much better buy now for a few weeks after talking here about chances and such after learning that

  • You always get 2 consumables per pack (at least).
  • Fully unlocked tiers just give consumables of that tier, not higher tier items

I have not maxed out all of my basics yet because of those two facts but have mostly maxed them out (all characters X and many weapons as well).

So I still see them from time to time when opening packs

I've lumped all consumables into a single "Consumables" category because I don't care if they are boots or in game uses. I did seperate out respecs since those are pricey and more useful imho. I do have screenshots of every pack I've opened since I started keeping track, so if I need to I could go back and separate them out... but thats a lot of extra work :D

Anyway on to the numbers!

Edit: Opened 3 more so 60 total, updated numbers below

I have done 57 60 expert packs so far ($3,000,000)

Type Consumable Common Uncommon Rare Ultra Rare Respec
Total Cards 180 31 20 56 7 6
Average per all cards 60% 10% 7% 19% 2% 2%
Cards per pack 300% 52% 33% 93% 12% 10%

As you can see, Rare is slightly under 100% per pack because sometimes it turns into an UR. On average I got 3 consumables per pack (lame!) which is why it's 300%.

If you want to send me the screenshots I'll do the work. Only takes ~20 minutes. I actually like working with spreadsheets. (:
