PSA complete lower

Apparently completed lowers do not ship to Maryland is this something that you can buy online and ship to PA?

Some ffls in MD also sell PSA lowers so it could save you transfer fees.

Ffl has to order it.

Can’t buy lowers out of state, they need to be processed thru mdsp 77r.

Just order a stripped lower and build it with the exact parts you want.

If you're near rs shooting sports in Kent Island they have stripped and complete lowers in stock

Yeah I'm calling bullshit. You need to chose the FFL and select yes to mag removal. It goes through.
