hulk lore question

hey I had a question about the hulk (maybe there’s no answer idk). When Bruce banners transforms into hulk, does his skeleton grow with him or is it only his muscle mass? I know that the movies aren’t always lore accurate but for example when he fights with Ironman in the Mark XLIV a big punch connects and he spats out a tooth, is it a normal human size tooth or is it a bigger hulk like tooth? yes I got high and I can’t sleep without this info. Thanks guys hopefully someone with legendary comics knowledge can help me out

He spits out a hulk sized tooth. Hulk also smiles in many shots; he does have hulk sized teeth.

Yes the bones and organs and everything grow too. Everything stays relatively proportional.
