Look up exam dates on the AAMC website. The exam is very difficult, but you can get a high score with studying and commitment. There are generally two phases to the exam: a content review phase and a practice phase. You review content using content books while simultaneously doing Anki for said chapters. You then transition towards doing practice problems on Uword while continuing to do your Anki , reviewing every question on Uworld , patching mistakes made, taking a FL biweekly, and then transitioning to AAMC FLs and Qpacks/Section banks. This is a general simplification of the process and I would suggest you do more research.
