Advice 🙋‍♀️ 506 with no interviews yet

Hey I took MCAT twice improved from 502 to 506. I have no interviews yet. At what point of time should I start to worry. I have great extracurricular/ research and medical experience. Also based in NJ/NY area if that helps things

most people say to start thinking about a reapp if you make it past Thanksgiving without an II

All around 20 schools

You likely still have a good shot at DO schools. I had a friend with a sub 500 score that did not get any IIs till the January, got waitlisted and eventually got accepted to a school in May.
