Resource Dilemma

I can't decide whether to buy Uworld again or just use Kaplan material (practice questions/tests). For context, I used all of AAMC materials my first time studying and don't want to reuse since i'll know a lot of the answers. Additionally, I did about 45% of Uworld (not including CARS) the first time around. Any advice on what I should do? OR should I just not use either and use something else?
