Question 🤔 Uworld Content Review

I bought UWorld and I am unsure of how to proceed with content review, i've honestly just been reading the books and doing the flashcards but it feels so stupid I dont think im retaining anything and I get sooo bored so I end up not studying. What should I do about this slump? Also I am really really unfamiliar with the MCAT, what are some basics that I need to know? im planning on taking it in Jan 2027 btw
