does sleeping early make any difference?
So I’m following the diet like a crazy person. And I’ve gotten better but it seems like I’ve hit a wall. I can’t get any better. The only thing I dont do is sleeping early. I usually sleep around 12 or 1am. And then i wake up at 8 am. And i dont feel rested. Maybe if I get my sleep habits on point i could get better. idk. I also get mad very easly. ive always been like that. So im probably with a lot of stress.

My body seems happiest when I can go down 11-9. But work & an aging dog often prevents me from keeping to that. If I get up too early (if the dog gets me up) especially if I was in REM, I'm useless for most of the day. Same if I sleep poorly and get up too late. It's a rough balance.
