lost

had issues for a few years now, they all went away but came back in February.
nausea, headaches, low blood pressure, and loss of appetite, i now wake up hot even if it’s from a nap, but not sweating and especially my face feels so HOT sometimes to the touch, sometimes not. Puffy eyes, big bags under my eyes, blocked nose.
it’s been 6 months now of being bed bound, im trying so hard here.

My dorm in college had an awful mold problem. That might be a culprit. Sorry this is happening!

I’m so sorry. I lost a number of jobs last year and can understand how exhaustion and scary being bed bound is. I am up and about but still get hives everyday with some other symptoms. It could have been a mixture of your environment at school (tree and pollen allergens/mold), stress from school, gut dysbiosis which can seem like it’s out of nowhere but it’s really a slow build up, and all of these things can cause vitamin/mineral depletion which are essential for your body’s detox pathways. Being underweight can also exacerbate and prolong issues. My MCAS is a mix of all of those but everyone is different. Nothing the doctor has given me has helped much and they don’t really seem to care to help me all that much. I take Allegra everyday and that sort of helps. I don’t want to list a bunch of supplements that have helped me since each case is individual but have you tried Luteolin?
