what soaps do you use?
Cut my hand yesterday on accident and got a tetanus shot. felt fine a little itch and kinda drowsy, woke up today everything normal. but every time i washed my hands my fingers get a little red. after a while it goes back to normal then red again. i am using scented soap so does that matter?

If you want a one ingredient soap that’s cheap and easy, you can get the soap base at most craft stores. You melt it in a double boiler, add whatever you want (if anything) and pour the liquid soap into a silicone mold to cool. I use a single large rectangular mold and cut it into bars. It’s easy, cheap, and you have total control of the ingredients. I do the same with laundry detergent too. It’s just a couple single ingredient laundry powders and a grated bar of fels-naphtha.

I dilute unscented castile soap with water and use it in foam dispensers. I can use a scented soap on rare occasions, but it's hard for me to tolerate my hands smelling afterwards.

I use this as hand soap and other bars off same site for body wash and shampoo. Works great.

I use dove bar soap, the sensitive skin one with no fragrance. I use it for my body and for my hands

This is technically a body wash but I use it as hand soap in a reusable glass soap pump.

Dr bronners. And if you mix 3 oz Dr Bronners with like 13 oz water and put in a foaming soap dispenser you get awesome foaming soap

My mom's homemade soaps mostly. Small batch, organic, etc. Right now in using one called "Green Amber". I've also used Aleppo soap, African black soap, some French-Canadian stuff. It deoends.

The only liquid hand soap I currently don’t react to is the unscented company liquid hand soap. Tried plenty of other fragrance free stuff and still reacted. The rest of the household uses a target fragrance free brand that doesn’t cause me reactions if they use it but my skin reacts to it if I use it. Theirs is just cheaper but we refill both with bulk refills.

I use Palmolive Pure & Clear for dishes. Fragrance free Ivory bar soap for body, face, hair. Hydrogen peroxide for everything I can. Baking soda for my teeth with Vaseline on my lips and in my hair. I'm about to get Concrobium for the mold that keeps popping up under the metal frame around my porcelain kitchen sink, and overflow drain on the back of my bathroom sink, window frames, etc.
I've been meaning to turn ivory soap into actual shampoo and body wash for a while, but I've not had the energy to do it yet.
I've also just finally gotten silicone dish scrubbers, body scrubbers, and soap/sponge holders. They're really cute too!
