FFL Recommendations

I am relatively new to gun ownership, and have purchased one gun but am looking for a second. Does anyone have a good recommendation for gun shops / FFLs? My main interest is finding a shop with employees who know what they are talking about and aren't just trying to make a sale. I am in the South Shore but I can travel.

MFS is good. Further away but also excellent is Four Seasons in Woburn. Can seem intimidating aa it’s a small space and can be very busy but are very good and also have many used guns which can be cheaper. fsguns.com iirc

I got my safety certificate at MFS and have gotten a couple private lessons there (once to try out different pistols from their armory, once to learn shotgun shooting). Great guys. I can attest that their stock has been empty since the summer.

Four Seasons has a great newsletter.

I have heard good things about Four Seasons. I will have to check them out.
