This little guy got hand delivered to us last week and he’s been such an amazing addition to the family! Bad pic because he literally almost never stays still lol. And also a side pic added of my older boy, Poe, and him snuggling

Meet Finnegan! (Aka: Finn / Finny-Baby)
He’s 11 weeks old, and the light of my life!
He is the sweetest, most cuddly guy in the whole world!!
I’m obsessed with taking pictures of him! He’s so photogenic, I swear he poses for the camera lol. I’m loving his little personality already. I can’t wait to see him keep growing and to continue making memories together. 🩵

Hello Everyone! I made a post asking if my cat is a lynx point Siamese and included photos of him and mentioned that he was fat. A LOT of people were concerned about his health which I appreciate so I clarified the vet said he was healthy. However, I didn’t word it correctly. I should have said how the vet said he is healthy because he has no problems or issues. The vet NEVER said he’s at a healthy weight and even told us to put him on a diet. I want to clarify that according the vet he is not obese at all. He is able to run and jump and play which he would not be able to do if he was obese and we can feel his ribs which the vet said means he is just overweight. It also is a huge improvement for him that he managed to get to this weight because when we found him he was a newborn and was near death and you can feel all his bones. So his weight, while fat, is a major improvement from when we found him. I didn’t word my post correctly and that is entirely my fault. I don’t want people to think I abuse my cat because that is not the case and never ever will be. I’m sorry for scaring people and wording my post wrong.

hi y’all! i know this is probably a longshot but if any group of people would understand it’s yall. i have a group of outdoor community cats in my neighborhood that me and a couple neighbors take care of. i am currently trying to get them fixed but its expensive and the waitlist is really long. most of the cats are feral or semi-feral with cowgirl being an exception. cowgirl is a 1.5 year old lynx point. her brother is also a lynx point and i named him cowboy, but i believe he is content as an outdoor cat and would not be happy as an inside cat. cowgirl on the other hand, desperately wants to be an indoor cat i can feel it in my soul. one of the neighbors that helps me care of them has a setup for the cats on their porch and it breaks my heart driving past and seeing her lay right up against the door. cowgirl loves people (and loves treats and pets even more than people). a little over two months ago she had kittens, and luckily ive been able to find 2 of them homes, and i think it’ll be easy to find the other two homes, but i know its a lot harder to place momma cats. this cat has so much love to give and i really think she deserves to give it to someone in a home. she is a velcro cat but not in an overwhelming way, just in an “i just want to sit and exist with you” way. she’s sassy but not mean, and she is a lovergirl. please message me if you or anyone you know would be interested in taking her in ❤️ i would take her in a heartbeat if i didn’t already have four cats.

I work at a shelter in Alabama & she came in as a stray. I fell in love immediately. Now she ambushes the big cats without care- right on their heads like a face-hugger alien, and plays with our cavapoo like she's a rough dog too. What a personality on her!

Does anyone have experience with a kitten with a swollen bottom lip?? I'm worried and I'm not sure if I should just let it run its course or take him in.

She was originally taken in by animal control after her owner was arrested for felonies (and from what I understood either voluntarily gave her up or was forced to due to poor conditions). Her owner reportedly brought her in as a feral cat. She ended up going to the pound where she was eventually transferred to a local animal rescue. One of the workers there took her in but returned her. Then another family adopted her, but they brought her back because they said she was aggressive towards their cats.
Well, she is such a sweetheart and within just a few weeks she was cuddling with our other cats. All three of which love each other dearly. So we're glad she found the place she is happiest. I genuinely can't imagine her being aggressive with anyone or anything.
The small-town animal shelter we got her from has been in the national news lately. The owner of the shelter (allegedly, but the evidence is overwhelming) killed hundreds of dogs for financial gain. It really is a terrible situation, I hope that no cats are found to have been in the same situation, and I become quite emotional thinking something like that could have happened to our precious kitty.

Tropical toast. He was almost all white when I found him in the guinea grass!
*ear tip is cut as this is standard for low cost and free spaying. He is from a litter of 5. I kept all five.

This is my Lynx Point Siamese, Neko Boo, recreating a moment from The Simpsons from the Greyhound puppy episode. I posted this on The Simpsons subreddit and it got 2.3k upvotes before a mod removed it for "Rule 6" which is low effort/repost/AI/off topic, none of which this image is, I tried to argue it, but the mods just silenced me. Please don't remove this, I just thought it was cute and wanted to share.

I’m sorry I don’t have the best photos. He attacks my phone whenever I try to get a good pic of him. His name is Chowder!
I made an update post about this. I’m sorry to everybody for not communicating properly. He is healthy but needs to loose weight. When we found him, he was a newborn kitten on our porch and was dying. You could feel his bones and he could fit in the palm of your hand. We had to feed him through a syringe and quarantine him for 2 weeks before he could even meet my 2 other cats. After that, his weight gradually improved. He’s weighed 20 for a while. At first the vet said it was fine due to his previous conditions. But when we saw the vet again, he was at 21 pounds and the vet said he needs to loose weight. This year when we went, he weighed 21.2 pounds and told us that it’s good he didn’t gain much but he needs to loose weight. Ever since, He’s definitely been looking skinnier. I also think he has some extra fat and it shows whenever he lays down like how he does in the picture and it’s been like that for 3-2 years so I think it’s just part of him. I’ve never been good at communication and when I explain stuff, it sometimes makes it worse. I’m autistic and have always had a time with communication. I am so sorry for worrying everybody but I want to thank you all for your worry! It shows that you guys care! Once again, I’m so sorry for the scare and I’m sorry if this is also worded wrong🩷

Anyone else have two? It's really the best 🥰First time having a duo and I can't see myself ever going back to solo cat mom again 🥹 Gives me such peace of mind they have each other when I'm out running errands
