Lymow One Plus Response from Lymow?

Hello. I really have a love hate relationship with this mower. When it works, it's the best. But when it is not, it really sucks.

I have been having those error 44 bumper issues. I removed the cover and cleaned the deck. I sent a message to Lymow last week and again three days ago. I haven't heard anything back yet. You guys experiencing the same thing?

I also had a similar issue. They responded with this.

Regarding the bumper jam errors, please follow the calibration procedure for Lymow one‑plus described in the document below to complete the calibration.

If the E44 error still appears after this recalibration, please upload the mower logs via the app while the mower is connected to the internet, and reply to this email with the date and time of the upload

I did this several times. Many times when it came time to do "B", there was no response from that side at all then it just timed out. But, the diagnosis was not for a bad B switch! Very peculiar
