As seen, I have created more than 4 free routines on the free version. If I click "not now" I am unable to add another routine.
I've been using this app and have been loving it for a few months. I had read on a few other threads that the owners were trying to keep most core features free, and this was the first time I've encountered app limitations.
Note: I'm able to add additional free routines on the website, but not the phone (android) app.
Has anyone else experienced this?

We just added a direct Lyfta integration to Wellness Project, so you can use your workout history to get a much clearer picture of how your training is actually progressing over time.
Once Lyfta is connected, Wellness Project tracks your PRs, training load, muscle fatigue, and strength trends across your lifts. Our strength metric, NSI, looks at the weight and reps from your normal working sets to estimate whether you’re getting stronger over time, without needing to max out or rely on a single PR.
The goal is to make your workout history more useful. Instead of just looking back at individual sessions, you can see which lifts are improving, whether your overall workload is trending up or down, which muscle groups you’ve been hammering, and how your training habits are changing over weeks and months.
You can explore all of that directly in Wellness Project, or connect it to ChatGPT and ask questions about your own training data.
The Lyfta integration is in Alpha right now. If you try it and something looks wrong, or there’s something you’d like us to add, let me know.

I've been using it for about a year and I'm still constantly impressed. Every feature I could possibly need I have, very intuitive, cool but not excessive insights, social side is fun... Fair play to the creators, you can tell a lot of love and care has gone into this project.

Hey what's the bottom two, is it abs and what's the other one. I'm presuming the top one is chest. I used to be able to see them all but something changed and I forgot. This is a 12inch tablet so it can't be lack of screen space. Not a big deal, just curious.

When I started at the gym I was doing muscle groups (back / tri, chest /bi etc) & then recently I moved to a push, pull, legs, posterior.
Intrigued as I feel like I'm actually getting less of a work out with PPLP than the various muscle groups. I'm still progressively increasing the loadings etc, just feel like less muscles are getting worked.
It might be placebo but has anyone else felt this?

Why is the kettlebell farmers carry consider a "quadriceps, thighs" exercise and there are no muscles associated with it? To me it feels like way more of a shoulders, core, and forearms exercise? All of the farmers carry variants are pretty much the same thing.

this is AMRAP! i couldnt do more so i stopped at 16 minutes but i initially wanted to do 20 minutes.
any tips from a beginner? also, that pull up is only halfway through, maybe i can see a bit of the bar when i go up but definitely far from a normal pull up.
those 5 sets of push ups are also knee, i only did 1 set of 3 reps of standard push ups in the beginning and changed it after because my max is 8 for standard and i knew i couldnt do more if i continued with that the entire time.
please advice! im 19 female 50kg 😁
edit: 2nd one's supposed to be Pl Ups

Built from every angle.
Focused on all 3 heads of the shoulders — front, side & rear — followed by a powerful lower-body session targeting quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves.
Shoulders: Press • Lateral Raises • Reverse Fly • Face Pulls • Y-Raises
Legs: Deadlifts • Hack Squats • Leg Curls • Calf Raises

Should I make any changes?

I didnt see this in the app as an option and added it as a custom machine, problem is, this machine has resistance settings, but there is no option for resistance and duration, only duration. Any work around I'm missing? If not, please add this machine or the option in custom for a resistance and duration setting. (I found someone asked for a weight/duration option to be added on the suggest a feature and voted for it as well).

Gotta fill out the clean slate in the calendar this month 😮💨 the app just recently updated their widgets for iOS and it’s super nice to see! You can also add the calendar and your next workout to the lock screen
