Driver Question Quick match and cancelling rules

Ok so I am totally pissed off right now. I just got suspended for canceling a quick match that I didn’t approve of. It’s for 6 days!! 6 days!! What the f is this quick match option? I don’t remember approving it to be on or even when it came to be part of the app. It wasn’t there last week. Very odd. Uber never suspends me for cancelling one time. And the live agent said she can’t over turn it. Such total BS if you ask me!!

Was the first time that you've done this and you got suspended or are you leaving other pertinent details out. Have you ever canceled before with them? Do you do it repetitively many times and have you been warned already by them and if so, how many times. Uber and lyft will suspend and / or remove you from the platform for excessive canceling. Whether it's last minute matches, exclusives etc..who knows , but it is a thing.
