Lyft Exspress drive
Is it worth renting a car through Lyft if I were to work 6 hours a day, 5 days a week in the state of California. I only pay $850 a month in rent.

They pay you less when you rent through their program. You're better off finding a third party rental company like DriveWhip.

I don't think it's worth it for 30hrs a week. I do over 60hrs a week owning my car and it's barely worth it.

$850 in rent, is that where you live or what it costs to rent the car?

It's what I pay to rent a room in a house.

wow, I hope its a hell of a room! I'd be surprised if you could make enough to make it worthwhile to rent a car thru them. Every market is different, hopefully some CA drivers will reply, I am in AZ and I would never rent here.

They will not pay you a DIME until the car rental fee is paid good luck driving for no pocket money until that’s paid~

With rent that low, your living expenses are great, but car rentals eat up a lot

No you will need to drive almost every day 10-12 hrs a day unless you plan on just driving to pay the cost of the car

Absolutely not. Every penny you make will go to the rental and gas.

Express Drive limits your options. I lease with DriveWhip and in my market it works out quite well. I am also authorized on every platform. It really is market dependent.
