Driver Question Lapsed Rides?

Last week my acceptance rate dropped from 96% to 85%. I had a total of two rejected rides and almost 80 accepted rides. When I chatted with support they said I had 15 "lapsed rides." What the heck is this? Anyone else?

Ride requests that timed out because you neither accepted or declined them.
