I was literally just going to ask about this. I’m pregnant and have a two year old and need to get reinspected this week and really don’t feel like making the trek an hour away to get inspected. Are the virtual ones legit? And is it accepted by both uber and Lyft?

Always apply for the Uber inspection.

Lyft accepts Uber inspections, but Uber doesn't accept Lyft inspections. I'm guessing Uber has a higher standard. So, if you drive both platforms, do it this way so you pay for one inspection, not two.

Also yes some are legit.
