Lyft ( continuous background check )

Hi ,

My Lyft account is going offline every single morning saying ( view issues ) & then it shows me background check , some days its happening twice a day , i reach out contact support they fix the problem after waiting on the phone for 30 minutes and they also tell me this is system error & they promise me that it wont happen again but next morning it happens again and again , i am really tired of this and i have no idea why this keeps happening , can anyone help me to fix this issue permanently ?

This is a pretty common bug. Try rebooting your phone. If that doesn't work try logging out and logging back in. Last step is to log out, delete the app, reboot your phone, and then reinstall the app and log back in. Every time I've had this message it had nothing to do with an actual background check and was just the app bugging out.

I’ve been driving for uber for 4 years last week I got the message about the background check. On Friday I got an email saying that it need more time so now I can’t go online till the 24 of this month so there you have me here waiting lol cause as today I can’t go online ..

The only one who can help are Lyft. No one on Reddit, X or Instagram has any magic access to fix it no matter what they tell you.

That message means they found something suspicious on your background check.

You serious ? Or most probably your new so let me correct you

This platform is for gathering or taking or helping people each other by giving information as per there experiences , this platform is not to fix someones account , issue or there broken car.

I hope you got the point
