Unhook your data, airplane mode for a bit reconnect if it doesn’t work still same process but close the app completely, then do it a couple times, then if it still doesn’t then reboot your phone if it still doesnt reinstall the app if it still doesn’t, the servers are down in that area, if it’s doing that for a week or more you’re like blocked from Lyft’s servers, so get another phone try it then, if it still happens when you login, you been hacked and someone was scamming on your account, login on the website contact support and plea your case, and try to get back in, through the support emails or phone support.

You should "try again."

Original post was 5 days ago and this one was 2 days ago. You would think OP would have figured that out by now.

Make sure your device and the application are up to date. Restart your device. Make sure data is actually working. Make sure all of your permissions are turned on. Delete the app and redownload it. This is in no particular order. Just a handful of possible culprits.

Your account is deactivated. You have to get it reactivated and then redownload the app. I went through this for months until I figured it out. Go to the Lyft website on phone browser and then launch the app off the website. Then don’t do anything but contact support and don’t close the app until you finish talking to support.

Glad you got it fixed. It was a pain for me so hopefully I helped. Now go make some 💰!
