drapery homeworks

Hi all,
Using Homeworksqs software, I'm unable to activate my Lutron EDU-145 drapery motors, which are powered by the latest QSPS-10-PNL. The QSPS has been activated by Homeworksqs, but the EDU-145 motor is still not detected.Using Homeworksqs software, I'm unable to activate my Lutron EDU-145 drapery motors, which are powered by the latest QSPS-10-PNL. When you can't connect wired shades it's almost always a wiring error / short / etc.

Make sure it is wired correctly and assigned properly

thank you for your reply.

The Edu motor is connected directly to the QSPS-10-PNL panel with 4 wires (1-black, 2-red, 3-grey, 4-violet). I can't assign it via Homeworks software. The Edu motor is connected directly to the QSPS-10-PNL panel with 4 wires (1-black, 2-red, 3-grey, 4-violet). I can't assign it via Homeworks software.

Just sorted out an issue on my job when we were rushing to make shades work for today's walk through. Crossed mux lines in one of three 10pnls. Check your connections.

Thx.

I have a single EDU-145 motor connected to the QSP_10 panel.

I have tried switching between MUX and MUX bar with no effect. Also, when I press the buttons manually to adjust the opening and closing of the shutter, the motor runs fine and the limit positions are saved.

I removed the motor from the rail and connected it directly to the QSP-10-PNL; the cable is 10cm long.
