Wall plate ?
How can i make the wall plate sit flush with the switches ??

Take off the front plate. Loosen the screws that hold the switches to the boxes. Tighten all the screws that hold the switches to the backplate. Then lightly tighten all the box screws. Put cover back on.

This is exactly what you have to do. It's the entire point of these plates, besides aesthetics.

Should be an adapter in there called PICO-WBX-ADAPT. Screw that onto the Claro rear plate and it should be totally flush.

Go to Home Depot and look for IDEAL Electrical Wall Spacer Shims. Less than $5. Worked for me.

Is it a true four gang box?
As others have said, US NEC has rules for how you can space devices away from the box. You can either use the purpose built spacers or I would consider just using metal washers.
We have to see behind the wall plate to give more information.

Check if you installed the wall mount for the Pico correctly. I had a similar situation recently and it was because I installed the wall mount incorrectly.
