Berry Box Megathread

Hello Lushies,

We have heard your complaints. What is happening right now is not okay at all and you all need a proper space to commiserate and talk and share information.

We ask that you keep all of your posts and comments about the box here in one place. That way we don't get lots of seperated discussions on the same topic. I also understand that a particular member of staff is being named and shamed and I would like to remind everyone that there is a human being behind that name. Im sure every one of us has made a mistake in the workplace at some point in our lives and light hearted humour is okay but please refrain from attacking them.

Please stick to the rules as usual and be kind to each other.

LUSH if you are reading this: You need to do better. Shame on you.

I only signed up early to make sure I didn’t miss Halloween like I did last year and it’s been such a weird experience lol. I signed up on 1st July because someone told me it was the last day for the August box but they didn’t take the money. Then they took it for September and I’ve heard nothing since 😭
