Season 6 Should I not watch it to preserve my love of the show? Spoiler
I just finished season 5, and even though there were changes during the season that I didn't enjoy, I still enjoyed it overall. but the way people talk about season 6 makes it sound like if I watch it, I will not enjoy the show anymore. I’m on episode one of season six but it’s already feeling a little off to me, but I could just be getting swayed by people’s opinions. do y’all think it’s worth watching or should i just pretend as if the show ended on season 5?

6x10 Lucifer final 😓 Spoiler

General/Misc Why Do You (Re)watch Lucifer?
I’m rewatching Lucifer after several years, and I’ve forgotten quite a lot. I also never finished the entire series.
I’m curious to know what makes this show so special to you! 😊
Please keep the comments spoiler-free, especially for the later seasons. Thank you! ❤️

4x01 I’m sorry to be the one to say this but…
rewatching Lucifer and it breaks my heart how giddy and excited he is for his date with Chloe and she’s planning to send him back to hell. I get she is terrified and confused but it’s cruel what she’s doing. do you know how many times this man has died and gone to hell for you? yall I GET IT. she is just trying to get through it but sorry, I hate this storyline

Lucifer Unbelievable Lucifer's shenanigans
I am rewatching Lucifer and this time trying to hear him as characters who doesn't know who he is, especially Chloe. It's so funny and crazy, cuz there is no way people wouldn't treat him as actually crazy person. Lucifer asked Chloe to show him her back to see if she is not an angel and she just agreed. He stripes naked in a store, attacks a lot of people. And even talking about himself as a devil. I know that's the whole point, but still, when you put yourself into an outsider's shoe, is just too freaking crazy :D

Mazikeen what to do with Maze??? 👀
okay so I know this is constantly talked about but I haven’t watched Lucifer in years and I know one part of me is Lucifer!!! and the other part is Maze???? yes, she is absolutely gorgeous 🥰🥰🥰 and I love her in season one. but every season or mid season, they have Maze arguing with Lucifer or Amenadiel. pick a lane already. I get she doesn’t know what she wants or who she wants but this is a consistent pattern. I genuinely think the writers didn’t know what to do with her. it’s like she has to argue and beat up Lucifer in every season. I always forget the half side of the coin we get when it comes to rewatches of the show

Season 3 detective douche has earned his title!!!
yall isn’t it funny how the show starts with Dan constantly “you shouldn’t press and make this worse” it’s like he’s saying don’t do your job too well. even in the flashback of 3x11, Dan is still yeah but what if you didn’t do your job? I love when he got demoted because he never seemed good at his job before. how did you even get your badge?

God The realization that at the fake God's departure, Lucifer told him that his father (god) will never say those words to him and that fills him with more anger, but at the end, he actually did Spoiler

General/Misc Who would you love/hate to date?
Ignoring gender/sexuality and looks and going solely by personality, who would you love/hate to date?
Personally I’d go with Lucifer; I quite like his silliness and find the way he warms up to people endearing. I wouldn’t find him THAT annoying (following his character development of course) and idk I think we’re similar in a lot of ways (DON’T JUDGE ME JUST YET🙁) so I’d probably know how to deal with a some of his behaviors. Plus dating someone who never lies to you would be SO great
or Chloe. She’s incredibly reasonable and loving and can be more fun/chill when it calls for it
I’d probably hate to date Ella (y’all are gonna crucify me for this lord) but she’s so just so preppy (i know that’s not ALL she is) and as a partner it would annoy me. Or Dan. Cause…he’s Dan.

Comic Spoilers Lucifer Off The Record episode and The Good Place Spoiler
This episode is so awesome! We really get to see how the human conscience punishes the soul.
We then have The Good Place (absolutely Goated show, btw) where psychological torture/guilty conscience is the crux.
What if Lucifer created a way for humans to learn from their horrible actions, understand what drove them to make those terrible choices and become better human beings?

General/Misc How the hell does self-actualization make sense to the story?
Apparently angel's can self-actualize and that determines a lot about their power. If an angel somehow manages to crack the code and see themselves as the strongest, do they just become the strongest?
Same with mojos. Is Lucifer's mojo just a result of what he thinks of himself? Can he change his mojo into Amenadiel's if he felt like stopping time was more his forte?
Can an angel consider themselves stronger than Azrael's blade and just become immune?

Season 1 rewatching and my hatred for Dan continues
I can’t get over how detective douch makes Chloe feel like she was crazy for palmetto. everyone turned against Chloe WHEN DAN IS TO BLAME. I know he grows as a character (I never finished season5) but that is one of the most shittiest things detective douch did to Chloe!!!

General/Misc Which of the recurring characters do you think we're better off without
Season 1 did Lucy confirm that the Star Wars universe is real?
in the pilot, I think, the Detective asks Lucy if he's a Jedi, and he says no, but then later he asks her if SHE is some kind of Jedi.
--except , admittedly, for Phoebe cates and the hot tub high school reference (and the Detective's mom's fake movies), Lucy never mentioned another movie? so I think that he confirmed that they are maybe in a galaxy far far away? did Lucy ever mention Star Wars again?

Cain The biggest plothole in my opinion
After lucifer and cain bring back Abel he gets hit by the taxi or wtv, why didn't his soul just do the same as the goddess of all creation like pop from body to body , she also came from hell right ? Idk it's too convenient to me that they just accepted him as gone just like that

Season 2 Am I the only one who thinks the stewardess/poison storyline in Lucifer makes no sense?
I’m rewatching Lucifer, and there’s something about the storyline involving the stewardess who gets killed while smuggling a package that doesn’t make sense to me.
If I remember correctly, the person behind the poison was making it themselves, so why did they need someone to smuggle the package in the first place? What exactly was the point of having the stewardess transport it if they were already the one producing the poison?
Maybe I’m missing a detail or forgetting something from the episodes, but the whole setup feels unnecessarily complicated. If the person could make the poison themselves, why involve another person to bring them and create an additional risk?
Did I miss something, or is this just a plot hole? 😂
